30-Day Return Policy
We craft our jewellery with the hope that it brings joy and elegance to your daily life. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be what you expected. If you find yourself second- guessing your purchase, you can return any eligible item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it is in the same pristine condition as when it was sold.
Items Eligible for Return
Most of our treasures are eligible for the 30-day return policy, with a few sensible exceptions for hygienic and customised items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings
- Resized rings (including those resized at purchase or thereafter)
- Engraved items
- Special, custom, or made-to-order items
If an item is faulty or does not meet the quality promised, please reach out to our Customer Service team directly at Hi@orogoldgallery.com.au. Ensure you have your order number and contact details on hand, along with the reason for the return.
Return Process
Please return items in their original packaging, complete with all paperwork (like diamond certificates), and include a copy of your returns slip or order confirmation email in the package.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid, as we do not accept cash on delivery returns. For your protection, we recommend that returned items be insured during delivery (such as through Australia Post 'Extra Cover') to safeguard against loss.
Inspection and Refund
Oro Gallery takes pride in the quality of our products. All returned items undergo a meticulous inspection by our Quality Assurance team. Once an item passes inspection, we will process your refund in the original form of payment, excluding any delivery charges, within 15 business days.
